Requirements
- 8+ years in operations leadership
- 5+ years in healthcare or clinical settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Registered Nursing, or related field
- In-depth experience with workflow design
- Ability to work with product/engineering teams
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
