About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuries
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Deliver minimally invasive interventional procedures (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, spine procedures) under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance
- Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team to optimize functional recovery
- Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and professionalism
- Complete thorough and timely documentation within the EHR system
- Adhere to workers’ compensation and personal injury documentation standards
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
- Provide timely updates to referring providers and case stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, or related specialty
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience treating workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident patients preferred
- Experience with interventional pain procedures preferred (fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
- Spanish language proficiency preferred.
