About the role
- Make outbound calls and reach out to patients, members, and customers
- Outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings
- Assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments
- Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct outbound calls to perform surveys
- Interact with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies and other stakeholders
- Maintain privacy, security, and a quiet work environment while working from home
- Use computer systems for data entry, screen navigation, and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
- Remote work-from-home setup and ability to maintain privacy and security
- Completion of assessments may be required and must be completed independently
