About the role
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos when needed.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, and customer needs, adjusting the product strategy and roadmap as necessary.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk assessments for proposed product changes.
- Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, considering usability and technical feasibility.
- Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Own the team's roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features on time.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and market expansion.
- Partner with Product Owners on roadmap and release plan development to align tactical delivery with strategic planning.
- Support intake of new business requests, assess impact of changes, and sequence scrum team backlog.
- Prepare, execute, and deliver work across a 2-week sprint cadence.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub experience, physician’s office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an entry level Technical Product Manager role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Competency in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Detailed oriented and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, and medical benefits
- Global understanding of commercial and government payers preferred
- Ability and initiative to work independently or as a team member
