FP&A Manager – IT Finance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and IT leadership.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial models.
- Own financial management of offshore/nearshore IT resources.
- Drive the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and rolling forecast processes.
- Monitor actuals against budget and forecast; identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide executive-ready reporting and presentations for the CFO, CIO, and leadership team.
- Evaluate IT vendor contracts, managed service agreements, and capital projects to optimize spend.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Sourcing, Operations, and Project Management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT or Technology functions.
- Proven ability to develop complex financial models and analytical tools in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials for CFO, CIO, CEO, and private equity partners.
