About the role
- Coordinate and facilitate customer onboarding and kickoff meetings (from sales hand-off).
- Provide ongoing training and support; schedule and perform training as needed.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team.
- Proactively maintain customer relationships; meet with customers regularly.
- Stay up to date on all customer support issues and achieve customer utilization goals.
- Manage 150-200 physicians within 30-50 practice accounts.
- Understand client needs, address issues, and ensure clients maximize the value of CareMetx solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of prior professional experience (software or healthcare industries preferred).
- PM/EMR, Prior Authorization, or clinical workflow experience highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications.
- Proficient in MS Office and related products.
- Must possess highly ethical characteristics and values.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (We are not able to sponsor Visas).
