About the role
- Own our Clinical Data Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
- Own our Interoperability Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
- Iterate our approach to data through a deep understanding of how our product is designed to improve Health Equity
- Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize users needs, and to help our team evaluate our product roadmap priorities
- Draft clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) to clearly articulate the customer problem we are trying to solve, and how we see our product solving it
- Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Be the point person on the Product team for answering product-related questions internally
- Help solve resolve user issues and triage feedback
- Collaborate with other members of the Product team to help set product goals and define success
Requirements
- Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability will be required for this role.
- A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and Interoperability
- Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles
- Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team delivery
- Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records.
- You have an interest in working remotely (Our entire company has been remote since 2019!)
- You have a commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within the teams you have worked with (We have a global team and you will regularly collaborate with people from a variety of walks of life)
