About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete FBAs and skills assessments
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Review data and adjust programming as needed
Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (*for full-time employment*)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
In-home ABA experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches (Preferred)
Bilingual abilities (Preferred)
CentralReach experience (Preferred)
