About the role

  • Guide new clients through implementation and setup of Carefeed’s solutions, ensuring smooth transition and effective platform use
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client communities, offering high-level assistance and resolving issues
  • Create and customize communication templates, questionnaires, and calendars tailored to client needs
  • Digitize and manage client documentation using Adobe and DocuSign to facilitate e-signature workflows within Carefeed
  • Monitor client engagement with monthly usage reports, regular “Carefeed Check-ins,” and success reviews to assess activity and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Client Experience team to refine processes and establish onboarding, training, and support best practices

Requirements

  • Customer-Centric and self-motivated: proactive, solution-oriented with patience, empathy, and creativity
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented: comfortable with technical software and explaining Carefeed’s solutions
  • Strong facilitator and communicator: able to lead training sessions and client-facing interactions, especially via Zoom
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Adobe; DocuSign and Canva a plus
  • Adaptable and collaborative: thrives in fast-paced start-up environments and works well on teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and experience with SaaS solutions, CRM systems, and client onboarding/training
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar client success, customer service, or technical support role
