About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks
- Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks
- Process paperwork after completion of each job
- Perform welding and fabrication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks
- Ability to read and understand service manuals
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided
- Temporary visa holders and candidates needing current or future sponsorship are not eligible
- Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, knowledge of testing equipment, and industry-related training preferred
