About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare for and conduct scheduled internal system audits of Crown’s Management System across all of Crown’s ISO 9001 registered locations and functional areas
- Prepare for and conduct scheduled process audits at all of Crown’s manufacturing locations
- Document all information related to audit results, including findings such as nonconformances and observations
- Issue corrective actions for nonconformances and support validation of corrective action effectiveness
- Support training & coaching of new internal auditors
- Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of internal audit policies and procedures
- Support functional areas with external audit preparedness through internal audit reviews & GAP analysis
- Collect internal audit and other data for use in Quarterly Management Review meetings
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years related experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Certified Lead Auditor (preferred)
- Experience with Excel, Power BI and data management (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Database and/or SAP and SharePoint experience (preferred)
