Marketing Manager – International Programs

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals
- Collaborate with Branch and Dealer teams, product management, and agencies to deliver impactful retail marketing programs
- Coordinate the development of digital, web, and social media content to support lead generation and brand positioning
- Manage marketing communications projects for Latin America, ensuring timelines and processes are followed
- Support development and ongoing improvement of Branch and Dealer websites
- Create internal communications plans to build awareness and support for marketing initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure marketing efforts enhance the company’s visibility, positioning, and customer engagement
- Represent Latin America within the Global Marketing Organization
- Align regional programs with global strategies and best practices
- Promote consistency in processes and effective use of marketing technology
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in project workflows and approvals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communications) along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a plus
- International experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success
- Excellent written and verbal communications, in both English and Spanish
- Excellent grammar, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team
- Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines
- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
