About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Branch and Dealer teams, product management, and agencies to deliver impactful retail marketing programs
  • Coordinate the development of digital, web, and social media content to support lead generation and brand positioning
  • Manage marketing communications projects for Latin America, ensuring timelines and processes are followed
  • Support development and ongoing improvement of Branch and Dealer websites
  • Create internal communications plans to build awareness and support for marketing initiatives
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure marketing efforts enhance the company’s visibility, positioning, and customer engagement
  • Represent Latin America within the Global Marketing Organization
  • Align regional programs with global strategies and best practices
  • Promote consistency in processes and effective use of marketing technology
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in project workflows and approvals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communications) along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a plus
  • International experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent grammar, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing and managing budgets.
