About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff.
  • Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures.
  • Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
  • Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third party administrator.
  • Act as liaison to third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims.
  • Assist with scheduling of paid time off.
  • Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records.
  • May be responsible for assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred.
  • Ability to lead in a team environment.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
