About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff.
- Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures.
- Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
- Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third party administrator.
- Act as liaison to third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims.
- Assist with scheduling of paid time off.
- Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records.
- May be responsible for assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred.
- Ability to lead in a team environment.
- Supervisory experience.
- Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
