About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales
  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts
  • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts
  • Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence
  • Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours
  • Several years of successful sales experience; business to business (B2B) experience; problem solving capabilities; strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and self -motivation; and the ability to work in a team environment.
