• Own end‑to‑end litigation (products liability, tort, commercial, and employment)
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery/eDiscovery, and prepare witnesses
• First-chair/second-chair trial responsibilities; present evidence and argue in court
• Develop case strategy and risk mitigation; manage outside counsel and matter budgets
• Advise executives and business teams; translate legal strategy into practical action
• Travel nationally for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• On-site at our West Central Ohio headquarters when not traveling.
