About the role
- Troubleshoot localization engineering issues
- Develop and execute automation strategies for localization processes
- Evaluate existing automation processes for enhancements
- Provide regular updates on automation progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand localization requirements
- Provide technical leadership to localization team
- Improve accuracy and performance of Machine Translation (MT) models
- Manage MT models using neural networks
- Evaluate model performance for improvements
- Integrate automation solutions with localization tools
Requirements
- 5-7 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Engineering)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for localization process
- Experience with at least one modern programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Python, Rust, Pearl, etc.)
- Knowledge of Machine Translation technologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of content development cycle with different CMSs and TMSs
- Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
