About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gains a thorough understanding of the market sector and develops recruitment strategies
  • Utilizes innovative and creative approaches to recruitment
  • Can support and/or own the tracking, organization, automations and management of platforms like ClickUp and Freshservice.
  • Ensures a constant applicant flow and keeps an active database for current and future positions
  • Ensures recruitment targets for program requirements are met
  • Screens resumes, conducts interviews, reference checks, and prepares employment offers
  • Serves as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
  • Handles communications (phone calls, emails and virtual video meets) with a wide variety of candidates
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
  • Collaborates with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
  • Creates and posts job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
  • Manages job postings internally and externally
  • Maintains confidential files and data integrity
  • Contributes to team and corporate projects intended to improve processes and procedures
  • Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset
  • Assist with HR projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
  • In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, project & process management platforms and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ClickUp, Fresh Service, ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
