About the role

  • We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented, creative, and thoughtful Curriculum Content Support Specialist to work closely with the Director of Education & Training on a large-scale curriculum revamp project.
  • This role focuses on supporting content development across multiple formats—student content, instructor ancillaries, and presentation assets.
  • You will act as a critical-thinking partner, reviewing, enhancing, organizing, and transforming draft curriculum content into polished instructional materials.
  • Your responsibilities include creating PowerPoint decks, instructor resource manuals, reflection questions, assessments, and well-designed layout templates.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or education, with a strong track record of creating teacher guides, student learning materials, instructional ancillaries, and PowerPoint decks.
  • Familiarity with adult learning, competency-based education, or workforce development.
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze content for accuracy, depth, and clarity.
  • Ability to write meaningful, reflective questions that support deeper learning.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while accepting feedback and direction.
  • Comfortable handling large amounts of content and multiple simultaneous modules.
  • Ability to break down complex ideas into clear, digestible instructional materials.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
