About the role
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with banking and financial services clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring needs, ensuring alignment between talent requirements and candidate submissions
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver top technical talent for roles in software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and financial technology
- Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts within the banking/fintech sector
- Own the full client lifecycle: lead generation, account development, placement management, and relationship retention
- Track performance metrics and maintain pipeline activity through CRM/ATS tools
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of recruiting, account executive, or business development experience within the banking/financial services industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting quotas
- Deep understanding of technical roles and the financial services hiring landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment
- Existing client relationships in banking/fintech are a plus
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks for U.S. work authorization status)
