Identify, engage, and develop relationships with banking and financial services clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring needs, ensuring alignment between talent requirements and candidate submissions
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver top technical talent for roles in software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and financial technology
Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts within the banking/fintech sector
Own the full client lifecycle: lead generation, account development, placement management, and relationship retention
Track performance metrics and maintain pipeline activity through CRM/ATS tools
Requirements
3–8+ years of recruiting, account executive, or business development experience within the banking/financial services industry
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting quotas
Deep understanding of technical roles and the financial services hiring landscape
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment
Existing client relationships in banking/fintech are a plus
Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks for U.S. work authorization status)
