About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and tech roles (Software, DevOps, Data, Product, Security).
- Partner with startup founders and CTOs to deeply understand hiring goals and company culture.
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates using innovative, relationship-based approaches.
- Build long-term candidate pipelines for key technical skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers while maintaining exceptional candidate and client experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with startups or high-growth tech firms.
- Strong network within the engineering and technology community.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles.
- Ability to manage clients independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
