About the role

  • Run workshops with business units to identify and prioritize AI use cases
  • Advise stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption, and best practices
  • Deliver training sessions, tutorials, and documentation to enable teams to implement AI solutions
  • Drive responsible AI adoption, including explainability, fairness, and governance
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and organizational goals
  • Promote awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations in AI deployments

Requirements

  • Experience designing AI use cases and translating business problems into AI solutions
  • Knowledge of explainable AI and responsible AI principles
  • Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and ethical frameworks
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Experience in change enablement and driving organizational adoption of new technologies
  • Ability to bridge technical concepts with business strategy and decision-making
  • Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected
