Key responsibilities & impact- Own brand strategy and category narrative

- Scale the Health Professional Ambassador Program
- Build a content strategy across various channels
- Build community programming through events and activations
- Own a meaningful marketing budget and be accountable for metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of experience in brand and marketing roles at CPG companies
- At least 2–3 years at the Director level or equivalent
- Direct experience scaling a CPG brand through national retail launch
- Functional health, wellness, supplement, or beverage experience strongly preferred
- Excellent founder-collaborator instincts
