Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own brand strategy and category narrative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years of experience in brand and marketing roles at CPG companies
  • At least 2–3 years at the Director level or equivalent
  • Direct experience scaling a CPG brand through national retail launch
  • Functional health, wellness, supplement, or beverage experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent founder-collaborator instincts
