Senior Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help strengthen the connection between marketing and sales
- Drive pipeline growth across strategic accounts and markets
- Develop and execute the strategy for pipeline growth across markets and segments
- Partner closely with sales leadership on pipeline priorities and GTM initiatives
- Build scalable programs that generate demand
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives for target accounts
- Lead field marketing initiatives including executive events and webinars
- Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to scale demand generation efforts
- Measure KPIs tied to pipeline generation and opportunity creation
- Manage and support a team of marketing experts across markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working closely with sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong background in ABM, field marketing, strategic demand generation, or pipeline marketing
- Experience generating and accelerating B2B SaaS pipeline
- Experience running webinars, executive events, and account-focused programs
- A strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying journeys
- A data-driven and commercially focused mindset
- The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
