About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define product positioning and messaging
- Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for products, features, and use cases
- Build strategies and campaigns that increase feature discovery, understanding, and adoption
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to improve adoption journeys and customer education
- Collaborate across teams to bring positioning and launches to life in compelling ways
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar strategic marketing role
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer journeys
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how product communication drives growth and adoption
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with customer insights and product data
