About the role
- Own team quotas, forecast accurately, and drive consistent monthly attainment.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.
- Participate in key prospect calls, negotiations, and deal strategy discussions.
- Refine sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling techniques.
- Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong).
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to equip reps with competitive intel, product updates, and sales assets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sellers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through weekly 1:1s, team meetings and ad-hoc training.
- Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
- Collaborate with North American Head of Sales to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, prospect needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share.
- Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate, timely forecasting to Head of Sales.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategy based on insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, building & coaching high performing teams and individuals
- Previous experience selling into B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
- Fosters a culture of performance and accountability
- Positive and caring attitude paired with a growth mindset
- Located in the Chicagoland area and can work a hybrid schedule in our beautiful North American HQ T/W/TH each week located at 125 S. Clark St. in the loop.
