About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day support for core legal technology, including case management, document management, e-filing, and billing systems
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Design and deliver practical software training for attorneys and staff
  • Oversee user access controls and account lifecycle management
  • Standardize digital file structures and ensure backup procedures
  • Enforce legal data security and confidentiality compliance

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for practice technology and digital operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years managing technology in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Deep familiarity with legal practice software, e-filing portals, and IT infrastructure
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-directed project management ability
  • Solid vendor/MSP management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience
