About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and advance high-volume, complex litigation files through all phases of the lawsuit.
- Review extensive and complex records, medical documents, and evidence.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests/responses.
- Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and key witnesses.
- Coordinate directly with co-counsel, investigators, and expert witnesses.
- Draft and argue complex law and motion matters in court.
- Assist with trial preparation, exhibit coordination, and strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- Experience in mass torts, complex civil litigation, or personal injury.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle high-volume document environments.
- Sound legal judgment and the ability to work independently while remaining collaborative.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
