About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support attorneys with CA litigation matters
  • Prepare and file state and federal court filings, including e-filings
  • Manage litigation calendaring and deadlines in accordance with court rules
  • Assist with pleadings, including tables of contents and tables of authorities
  • Proofread and format legal documents and correspondence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing
  • Experience with litigation calendaring and deadline tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience with iManage or similar document management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CCC Macros is a plus
