About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage substantial components of large, sophisticated business litigation matters from pleadings through trial and appeal
Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive court filings
Take and defend depositions and manage discovery strategy
Work directly with partners and senior associates on collaborative case teams at the local and national level
Maintain direct client contact and contribute to case strategy
Support matters in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution venues

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of complex business litigation experience
Minimum of one year of litigation experience at a law firm
New York bar admission (required)
Excellent academic credentials
Superb written and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters
Judicial clerkship experience a plus, but not required
