About the role
- DUTIES: Manage a diverse caseload (10 - 20) from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of California litigation experience.
- Employment defense experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently while working as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
