About the role
- Represent clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing
- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and other transaction-related contracts
- Advise developers, investment firms, pension funds, REITs, and advisors on complex commercial real estate matters
- Support clients through all phases of transactions, from structuring and due diligence to closing
- Collaborate with partners and team members while managing significant individual responsibilities
- Stay current on legal and market developments affecting commercial real estate transactions
Requirements
- 4–6 years of recent experience in Equity Transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, complex real estate joint ventures, and financing
- Experience negotiating and preparing loan documents and other transaction-related contracts
- Excellent writing, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Outstanding academic credentials and sharp analytical abilities
- Prior direct client-facing experience is highly valued
- Admitted to the State Bar of California
