About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Support DME Navigator implementation efforts
Collaborate with clients to understand operational needs and priorities
Maintain a working understanding of client business needs
Use performance reports and operational data to monitor account health
Record and maintain organized CRM documentation
Support standard client updates and changes
Participate in client meetings and regular touchpoints
Partner with the Account Management Service Operations team
Manage client requests and escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in healthcare account management or client facing roles
Experience with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and or Network Management
Strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using CRM platforms preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
