About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support our founders in executing strategic initiatives and take early ownership of your own projects
- Identify, analyze, and actively pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Acquire customers, partners, and stakeholders and build long-term relationships
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and independently conduct market and competitive analyses
- Independently plan and implement projects to automate and digitize business processes — with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Create concepts, documentation, and pitch decks that make our strategies tangible and present measurable indicators of success
- Proactively introduce new features and systems to continuously improve the customer journey
- Gradually take on team responsibilities and help shape operational processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field
- Initial practical experience (e.g., internships, working-student roles, or personal projects) demonstrating that you thrive in dynamic environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement them independently
- Analytical, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges
- Strong communication skills in German and English to influence stakeholders internally and externally — French is a strong plus
- High degree of initiative and a drive to go beyond expectations
- Structured, reliable working style with the ability to maintain oversight in multifaceted projects
