About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support our founders in executing strategic initiatives and take early ownership of your own projects
  • Identify, analyze, and actively pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Acquire customers, partners, and stakeholders and build long-term relationships
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and independently conduct market and competitive analyses
  • Independently plan and implement projects to automate and digitize business processes — with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to develop customer-centric solutions
  • Create concepts, documentation, and pitch decks that make our strategies tangible and present measurable indicators of success
  • Proactively introduce new features and systems to continuously improve the customer journey
  • Gradually take on team responsibilities and help shape operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field
  • Initial practical experience (e.g., internships, working-student roles, or personal projects) demonstrating that you thrive in dynamic environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement them independently
  • Analytical, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges
  • Strong communication skills in German and English to influence stakeholders internally and externally — French is a strong plus
  • High degree of initiative and a drive to go beyond expectations
  • Structured, reliable working style with the ability to maintain oversight in multifaceted projects
