About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of engagement and retention of our patients through health screenings and studies
- Optimize the patient journey to improve engagement rates
- Activate and optimize marketing strategies that span the entire customer journey
- Implement retention campaigns to improve engagement with study participants
- Work with development and analytics teams to further build out marketing automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Segment, Customer.io)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
