Managing a large service and storage infrastructure
Provisioning, installation/configuration, monitoring, upgrading and maintenance of system hardware and software
Ensure highest levels of system and infrastructure availability
Provide tier 2 tier 3 escalation
Functions involving data center management
Guide and assist junior members of the team
Applies OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis
Upgrades administrative tools and utilities and configures and adds new services as necessary
Maintains and administers the company Active Directory infrastructure
Administers the company Single-Sign-On (SSO) solution
Manages, monitors, and maintains Microsoft 365 environments
Provides project management for system upgrades and rollouts where applicable
Analyzes hardware and software system performance
Installs new or rebuilds existing servers
Adheres to defined change control procedures
Develops and maintains installation, configuration and hardening procedures
Assists in the administration of the Exchange email environment
Provides helpdesk support as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent combined education and experience required
Five (5) +years’ experience working with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
Microsoft certification a plus
Cloud certification a plus
Experience and knowledge of industry compliance standards such as Payment Card Industry (PCI) preferred
Knowledge and experience with Linux is preferred
PowerShell scripting experience is preferred
Cloud knowledge AWS, Google, Azure preferred
