About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting core research and quality activities, including chart abstraction.
- Validation of clinical data from electronic health records (EHRs) and other medical records.
- Preparation of literature reviews.
- Development of research and quality improvement projects.
- Preparation of abstracts and manuscripts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- Three or more years of experience doing chart abstraction and literature reviews to support research and/or quality improvement work in clinical medicine.
- Proficiency with EHR systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
- Experience with REDCap, clinical trial databases, registry platforms, or quality reporting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
