About the role
- Use expertise in technology to improve care and diagnose patients requiring cardiac monitoring.
- Monitor patients’ devices and proactively communicate with patients to troubleshoot offline monitors.
- Assist the patient in applying the monitor or reapplying monitor after charging.
- Communicate with clinics concerning patient needs or concerns.
- Process device returns for broken or lost devices.
- Sort and File all papers received electronically.
- Reassign inventory for clinics.
- Prepare daily emails for clinics regarding offline patients.
- Contribute to a high-quality service both to physicians and patients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare role
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Enrolled in college for nursing or healthcare
- Great communication and multi-tasking skills
