About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Build and maintain standardized oncology treatment plans within OncoEMR or equivalent platform
- Perform prospective review of Cycle 1 Day 1 (C1D1) treatment plans and make clinical recommendations.
- Identify dose adjustments, lab discrepancies, drug interactions, and supportive care needs.
- Lead oncology stewardship initiatives including dose rounding, and biosimilar utilization.
- Collaborate with the P&T Committee to support formulary alignment and financial optimization.
- Establish chemotherapy safety standards and order verification workflows across the network.
- Support practice onboarding, accreditation readiness, and clinical education initiatives.
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for oncology teams.
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- PharmD required, BCOP certification preferred
- 5+ years oncology pharmacy experience; 10+ years preferred
- OncoEMR or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with value-based oncology models, biosimilars, and formulary management preferred
