About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
Build and maintain standardized oncology treatment plans within OncoEMR or equivalent platform
Perform prospective review of Cycle 1 Day 1 (C1D1) treatment plans and make clinical recommendations.
Identify dose adjustments, lab discrepancies, drug interactions, and supportive care needs.
Lead oncology stewardship initiatives including dose rounding, and biosimilar utilization.
Collaborate with the P&T Committee to support formulary alignment and financial optimization.
Establish chemotherapy safety standards and order verification workflows across the network.
Support practice onboarding, accreditation readiness, and clinical education initiatives.
Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for oncology teams.
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

PharmD required, BCOP certification preferred
5+ years oncology pharmacy experience; 10+ years preferred
OncoEMR or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with value-based oncology models, biosimilars, and formulary management preferred
