About the role
- Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers
- Answer inbound calls and inquires including contract questions and services functionality
- Maintain department established performance metrics at meets or exceeds expectations level
- Communicate Cardinal Health’s reimbursement programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for retail independent customers
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excel user knowledge
- 0-2 years of experience, preferred
