About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy, messaging and promotional plans
- Leverage research, voice-of-customer insights, and industry engagements to identify new growth opportunities
- Execute multi-channel marketing plans across paid, owned and shared strategies, including media, social, search, email, digital and content
- Ensure delivery of high-quality content and creative aligned to business objectives
- Support the tradeshow strategy and work with Event Marketing Operations and other internal and external teams to ensure a coordinated presence at external events
- Make both incremental improvements and rapid pivots in response to performance data, business needs and industry shifts
- Align messaging and campaign activity to buyer journey stages and sales priorities
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials to support effective commercialization
- Drive improvements in lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency
- Partner with Business Development and Lead Generation teams to align marketing efforts to strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
- Conduct performance analysis across campaigns, channels and audience segments
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Clearly communicate results and business impact through executive-ready reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, product marketing or growth marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, paid media, events, content)
- Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, market access or patient support services
- Experience with account-based marketing or high-value deal support
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO, paid media platforms, retargeting and marketing automation tools
