About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health
- Managing the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details
- Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Bilingual is a must (French/English)
- 1-3 years of experience in related field, HR experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills required
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
- Experience working with 3rd party background check vendors
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
