Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end supplier billing processes to manufacturers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Maintain a strong internal control environment by overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and partnering with internal and external audit teams
Oversee collections and dispute resolution processes
Perform reconciliations of billing-related accrual accounts
Support financial close activities
Evaluate the supplier billing and rebate environment
Interpret supplier contract terms
Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Internal Audit, Legal, Accounting, Sourcing, and FP&A
Serve as a trusted finance partner to the Sourcing team
Investigate billing discrepancies and drive resolution
Assess system-based billing programs
Review, approve, and process billing payments
Lead, develop, and manage a finance operations team
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred
