About the role
- Customer Sales Representatives are accountable for driving pharmaceutical generic product sales to an assigned group of Independent Retail pharmacies.
- Create new business partnerships while supporting and strengthening relationships with the current customers.
- Develop rapport with pharmaceutical business partners
- Utilize sales tools to construct a sales pitch and close on sales opportunities
- Effectively utilize value statements and business questioning to gain customer knowledge
- Develop and leverage market awareness
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to develop and implement selling strategies to achieve budgeted goals
- Execute on targeted sales campaigns
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics
- Meet monthly productivity expectations
- Field incoming sales opportunities
- Adapt daily coverage assignments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated to achieve goals
- Spanish/English Bilingual, Required
