About the role

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management plans that support organizational transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management.
  • Identify key stakeholders and assess their impact and influence on change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and support throughout the change process.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect people, processes, and systems.
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and recommend interventions to increase adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Create targeted communication and training plans that address the needs of different audiences.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and sessions to support successful change adoption.
  • Define success metrics and track progress against them.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
  • Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
  • Projects may have significant and long-term impact
  • Provides solutions which may set precedent
  • Independently determines method for completion of new projects
  • Receives guidance on overall project objectives
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
