About the role
- Design and implement comprehensive change management plans that support organizational transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management.
- Identify key stakeholders and assess their impact and influence on change initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and support throughout the change process.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect people, processes, and systems.
- Evaluate organizational readiness and recommend interventions to increase adoption and minimize disruption.
- Create targeted communication and training plans that address the needs of different audiences.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and sessions to support successful change adoption.
- Define success metrics and track progress against them.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
- Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
- Projects may have significant and long-term impact
- Provides solutions which may set precedent
- Independently determines method for completion of new projects
- Receives guidance on overall project objectives
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
