About the role
- Accelerates product adoption through workshops, training sessions, and clinical meetings.
- Promotes the correct use of our products.
- Trains and demonstrates Cardinal Health products in hospitals, at congresses and to distributors.
- Ensures that products can be used for surgery.
- Identifies education needs and opportunities to grow and gain market share.
- Achieves sales goals and objectives indirectly through great relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Nursing degree and 2-4 years of experience in nursing;
- Additional medical device industry experience preferred.
- Speaks fluent Spanish and English
- Knowledge of the area including health care system preferred.
- Motivation and ability to think strategically and foster a culture for continuous improvement.
- Patient and customer centric approach.
- Strong team player mindset.
- Works well with Microsoft Office suite
- Self-organized
