About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end clinical operations across all Carda programs
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing remote clinical team
- Develop and enforce clinical SOPs, compliance frameworks, and accreditation standards
- Partner closely with Growth and Partnerships to support program launches
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on clinical needs
- Define, track, and report on clinical KPIs
- Serve as a key external-facing clinical voice with partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations
- Demonstrated success building and scaling clinical programs, ideally in a digital health or virtual care environment
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing clinical teams in a remote environment
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution
- Data-driven mindset with experience owning clinical quality metrics and outcomes reporting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
