About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale the infrastructure that powers our sales organization
- Own our sales tech stack and Salesforce ecosystem
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Design and maintain scalable data architecture and object models
- Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline health
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
- Ensure SLA adherence between Sales and Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Experience implementing and managing sales tools
- Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and data models
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar
