• Supports the Payroll & Benefits Manager in administering employee leave programs, unemployment claims, and job accommodations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and company policies.
• Manages all types of employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, personal, medical, etc.).
• Responds to unemployment claims and coordinates with state agencies.
• Facilitates the interactive process for ADA accommodations.
• Serves as backup for payroll processing during absences or peak periods.
• Manages OSHA reporting and ensures compliance with federal and state safety regulations.
• Prepares and maintains HR reports relative to leave, safety and compliance.
