- Responsibilities: develop an emergency 911 ecosystem; design, develop and maintain highly resilient, fault-tolerant, self-healing services; build modern complex Web Apps and UI components.
- Responsibilities: develop solutions across global regions to enable quick, effective contact with emergency services; open system to business partners; explore applying AI to 911 communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Backend Development with a focus on Microservices (Scala a plus).
- Experience with cloud-based development, especially AWS.
- Familiarity with modern Frontend Development practices (Angular 13+ a big advantage).
- Prior experience building sophisticated web applications.
- Skilled in creating RESTful APIs.
- Proactive "Can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong background designing and implementing microservices-based solutions for cloud environments.
- Experience with NoSQL (e.g., AWS DynamoDB) and SQL databases.
- Experience with WebSockets (added advantage).
