Product Manager

• Own product development end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Drive features from 0 to 1 – from user insights to validated launches
• Identify real user problems through direct customer interaction and market research
• Shape front-end use cases and transaction flows for carbon credit buyers
• Prioritize backlogs, manage trade-offs, and ensure seamless delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, science, and operations teams
• Align stakeholders across both key user groups (e.g., carbon suppliers and buyers), with a focus on the buyer side of the platform
• Champion user experience, platform trust, and business scalability
• Define KPIs and measurable outcomes that support both trust and scalability
• Raise the product bar by mentoring others through example and product craft
